Hausio provides you with a personal manager who will analyse your property portfolio from the start, show you directly how to improve it and discuss the next steps. Our administrators proactively inform you about current progress. In this way, we guarantee absolute transparency about our work.

Which regions are covered by Hausio?

In order to ensure a high quality of service, we currently only cover specific markets. In a personal meeting, we would be happy to explain which regions we cover. Within these markets, we have an extensive network of workmen, specialists and administrators who can make appointments on site at any time and thus ensure optimal support for your property.

How can I terminate my contract with Hausio?
How can I terminate my contract with Hausio?

Your contract with Hausio can be terminated by giving three months’ notice. The minimum term is one year for our Basic contract, two years for our Premium and three years for our property management on apartment buildings contract. The termination must be given in writing.
